Bourne Properties is a family run business started in Portland in 1990. It is run by Ian Bourne and his sons Devin and Collin. We enjoy having many different businesses as tenants and we operate in a non-corporate, friendly way. We strive to maintain our buildings to a high standard, and to respond quickly to our tenant’s needs. We always put our tenants first and many have become personal friends.
